we do not accept returns once the items have been delivered.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives in a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect condition, we’re here to help.

Eligible Refund or Replacement Conditions:
• Product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery
• Wrong item delivered
• Product received is past its expiry date
• Packaging is tampered with or unsealed

To request a refund or replacement, please:
1. Contact SRD Winpack Private Limited within 24 hours of delivery
2. Share your order ID and clear photographs of the product and packaging
3. Send details to
